770 FINE JEWELRY offers a complimentary 90-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that come from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing diamond stones, broken clasps and/or broken chains due to manufacture.

All SPECIAL ORDERS/PERSONALIZED items are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged once an order has been placed. 

We are not responsible for return shipping charges or lost packages and the original shipping charges are non refundable. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW:

  • Bangles and Eternity Rings Diamonds or Gemstones cant be resized 
  • Most of the rings can't be resized more than half of size.
  • Cuff bangles can't be alter or bent because diamonds will fall out and we are not responsable if you alter the oval shape it has.
  • we repair jewelry for a fee depending on what is the issue (ONLY 770 FINE JEWELRY PIECES)
  • Natural Gemstones stones can vary in their appearance and size
  • Full Pave band rings are not resizable

REPLACEMENT POLICY  

At 770 Fine Jewelry, we stand by the quality of our products. In the event you receive a faulty or damaged piece, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please note the following conditions for all replacement requests:

  • Before we can issue a replacement shipment, the faulty piece must be received and inspected at our office.
  • We will not send out a replacement until we have received the original item for which the replacement is being made.

Once the original item is returned, we will process and ship your replacement as quickly as possible.
